I'm sick! It started about two days ago. came down with a fever and sore throat (the sore throat wasn't that bad though). I didn't go to work so I took a bus to the polyclinic to see the doctor for the MC. The bus I was in passed by TJC and it kind of brought back a few memories of the times spent in TJ over the last two years. At the TJ stop, a few students boarded the bus. They were talking rather loudly so kind of can hear their conversation quite clearly. I wasn't irritated or anything la, kind of understand also coz I think last time we were even louder. LOL. so one of the girls was like saying, "huh... later got PE leh.. if I pon PE I might as well pon chem, coz after PE is chem." then her friend asked her, "so are you going to pon PE or not?" oh my when I overheard this I was like kind of lost in nostalgia lol. It seemed only a while ago when we were the ones who were saying the same kind of stuff. then I thought of climbing, then school, then the teachers. I think the teachers are really amazing people. students like us go through two years in college and at the end of the two years people get all emotional and stuff coz of all the feelings and the memories. but the teachers, the teachers, they don't allow any of this to affect them whether or not they may have grown emotionally attached to their class. I noticed that they don't really get emotionally very attached to their classes too. maybe it's so they can feel fresh when the new year begins to kick off their new teaching year with a new batch of Year Ones lol. ok that didn't really make much sense after I read it again.

anyway, after the doctor that day, my fever was like on off on off but my sore throat was healing. until last night. My voice suddenly became quite hoarse, can sense that it was going to go soon. maybe I talk too much at work yesterday. today morning, I lost my voice! can't really complete a proper sentence without it cutting itself off like as if someone turned down the volume LOL. and it's very tiring to try and talk too. I had a hell day trying to speak to my colleagues today, but luckily didn't need to serve customers. used quite a bit of hand signs too felt rather helpless. sad. talking has never been more difficult. :(

Oh I recently bought a bike too haha I've always been wanting to buy one since I threw my last one away and especially since night cycling to Punggol Jalan Kayu and all. that night cycling trip kind of like rekindled my passion for cycling, haha even though I think the passion for climbing is still greater. When I bought the bike that time I also bought a bottle of oil to lubricate/demoisturize the joints of the bicycle. the bicycle was supposed to be delivered to my house while the oil I carry home on the spot, which is what I did. When the bike actually came a few days later, guess what. It came with another bottle of oil! haha so lucky. Of course I not so honest as to return him the oil lol. some more is not those WD-40 kind of common oil leh it's those like 5-in-1 type like those multi-purpose one haha. yay. =D

I'm thinking of all the stuff here and there so like kind of broken up lol no real chronological order haha. when I was coming back from the doctor I just thought of buying a 4D number--the doctor's queue number lol. so I walked to the nearest shop then started shading shading when I turned to QUEUE, there was at least 50 plus people in the queue can you believe it. It's funny how people can queue to buy 4D and no one complains. if there is a queue that long at the service centre I think not just people will complain, the phones also will fly. lol. the few days after we came back from New Year was rather horrible the customers in queue for servicing of phones easily went more than 40 I think longest was 58 customers waiting with 1 hour 50 mins waiting time. CRAZY ONE. now it's much better. also, we have more staff! at least got 6 new staff. haha. life is much better nowadays. I really love my job. really. =D

yesterday I cycled out to 85 to get some food. what a small world coz I bumped into Zhaoxiang Sinkiat and Malcolm lol. we ended up exploring the boardgames cafe there. quite fun really, we took up the two hour package. not enough actually! time really flies when you try playing the games. came with some snacks too fries nuggets chips etc all I couldn't eat lol. never mind next time I eat more hahaha. We played a game called Ticket to Ride and another gangster game which I forgot the name. lol. can't wait to go there again if can find the time. :)

And here is the burning question we've all been wondering--- WHEN WILL THE A LEVEL RESULTS BE OUT??? I haven't really sat down and think really hard about what I want to do coz I'm really afraid I can't qualify. all along in class tests and all I know where I stand in class at least and sometimes it's quite worrying when everyone else easily does better than you. lol anw, we'll find out really soon won't we? good luck everyone! =)
