hmmm. army life isn't exactly stress-free, just in case some of you are thinking life must be damn slack for us now. Well, it has its own share of problems too. lol. sometimes I do wonder why I opted for command school. Was it the pay? Or was it the power? Maybe I didn't think so much at the time about the heavier responsibilities that we would have to shoulder. For us, the lower ones at the bottom of the food chain, army is all about doing what is expected of you and knowing how to answer to your superiors to stay away from trouble isn't it. Well, ORD isn't that far away I guess. This just happens to be a phase of our life that we all have to go through to come out stronger, both mentally and physically. So let's just... suck it up! :)
Today I took a little nap after coming back from camp before going for driving. The lesson was to start at 1435. I started napping at like 1100, and set the alarm for 1300. Guess what I totally didn't hear a single thing. And what time did I wake up? 1430! Lucky my neighbour was practising some tune on his flute so that sort of woke me up. I chionged man, got changed and rushed downstairs for the cab. Reached like two fifty plus. what a joke man, the instructor was already preparing to leave to go rest when just nice I reach. haha. thanks to my neighbour for playing that not so nice tune that woke me up, or the money really go down the drain. =D
