Oh my. yesterday morning while I was about to leave for camp, I sat down on the floor and started to put on my boots. Usually my boots will be placed right beside the shoe cabinet, above which sits the bird cage that contains my two little cute peach-faced lovebirds.

anyway, back to the story. As I was slipping my right foot into the boot I felt something inside, so I immediately thought it was a sunflower seed that might have dropped from the bird cage above. So I overturned the boot. Nothing came out, so I put my foot in again. This time I felt something again. I overturned the boot, and I was greeted with the most disgusting sight. A COCKROACH! it was damn gross. It was still alive! After I stepped on it twice can you imagine. It started running away, but thankfully mum was there to catch it and it was squashed on the spot. lol. when it fell out of the boot some liquid was oozing out of it oh my I shall stop here.
