I CAN'T FEEL MY FINGERS AND ARMS!
Climb On was fun. had great fun moving around and trying the different routes and meeting many people I haven't met in a long time. :) pity my endurance wasn't as good.. felt the effects after a few routes that required more power. oh well, joined for fun anyway!
I think Climb On can only really be enjoyed by someone who already has a certain basic level of fitness and climbing technique. For freshies, it's understandably harder to appreciate the difficulty and beauty of certain routes because they aren't exactly familiar with the moves yet and so fall faster. I can still remember the last Climb On that we joined in 2006. I think the enjoyment level wasn't as high as the one today.. probably because we still had a lot to learn back then. And maybe, because we didn't know a lot of people back then too! so I guess we felt more isolated. but the atmosphere today was a warm one. :) I wish I had better endurance to try out many many more routes.. 64 in total! that's really a lot. highest points one being a 9990-point route with sick slopers. saw someone nearly finish!
it's going be a tiring week. fridge arriving tomorrow. yay. :D
now where did my recess week go to.
