today when I arrived at the lab, I sat down at the same square table as my friend. Beside my was this ah tiong who already had his notes out. There was a lot of scribblings on it. I was reminded of the Hwa Chong student in my group last week whose notes already had all the supposed answers from his seniors. I signalled to my friend and gestured at the ah tiong, "eh. this one power."
I sat down and took out my stuff. Then I turned to the ah tiong and said, "hi." He said "hello" back, then after that my friend said to him to chinese, "may I have a look at that?" After looking at the notes, he said to the ah tiong and me, "wa power sia." I was about to ask him whether he got his answers from his senior or something. Luckily I didn't!
5 minutes later this ah tiong beside me walked up to the front and said, " Good morning class. I am your tutor for today."
LOL!! what a move. haha. lucky I didn't say anything funny to him. Some of the tutors are really young. I wonder if they are even proper teachers or just hired to teach tutorial/take lab sessions. Some of them just seem to be rushing through the tutorials. Don't know for what. That day the ah tiong chem teacher best, flash the answers then just read out the solutions without really explaining. Then he finished going through the questions within half an hour when the lesson is supposed to take an hour. Then he told the class, "sorry, I cannot let you go yet, need you all to stay with me." lame, might as well spend the time explaining properly right, rush so fast then don't let people leave early. lol.
anyway, ran 5km for climbing pt yesterday! was almost dying. but good la, forces me to run. because I actually pretty much dislike running. this morning no muscle ache though.. guess the muscles are more conditioned now. haha. Uyanga is real crazy. in a good way, I mean. she's really strong! With her taking our PT sessions I think we'll improve in no time. :)
AGM tomorrow, SIM this weekend... busy week!
